When can vendors and featured vehicles load-in? Vendors and feature vehicles will load in on Friday, January 4th from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Vendor booths will need to be setup by 8 p.m. on Friday ( Saturday set-up upon request only, needs to be done by 9am)
When can vehicles load-in? Main car show load-in is Friday, January 4th from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. (Saturday Load-in upon request only, needs to be done by 9am) There is trailer and camper parking onsite. Overnight stays are allowed; however, there are no hookup services. Staff will be onsite to guide you upon arrival.
When can vehicles leave? Vehicles can leave the grounds after 7 p.m. on Sunday. It is a 2 day show, with judging and events on both days. You may leave your vehicle in the trailer onsite, covered onsite or bring it home Saturday night and return at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning. Any specific questions: email brad@live-wire-media.com. We will provide onsite security both Friday and Saturday nights.

What is the vehicle year break for entries? There is no year break for this show. We will design the classes around the registered vehicles. Classes will include, but may not be limited to: Classics, Muscle Car, Race Car, Pro Street, 4x4, Motorcycle, Modern Muscle. We will expand classes to include certain makes and models as the vehicles register.
Where can I purchase extra spectator tickets? Call Brad at 443-366-5944 This event is open to the public Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10am-6pm Tickets available at the door: $12 General admission, $10 senior citizens and military, $8 kids 8-12 age, 7 & under Free

When can we pick up our information packets and passes? You may pick up your registration packet on Friday at The Hampton Roads Convention Center during Load-in
